RFM Flags: Specify resolution of internal grid		17JAN25

Enabled

Use a specified resolution for Fine Mesh calculations prior to spectral convolution
Driver Table requires *FIN section
Disabled

Use default resolution (0.0005 cm^-1, or 2000 pts per 1 cm^-1, set by DEFFIN in rfmcon_dat.f90)
Ignore *FIN section if present in Driver Table.
Restrictions: Either AVG or ILS Flags must also be enabled.
