RFM Flags: Field-of-View Convolution		21FEB26

Enabled

Driver Table requires *FOV section
Perform spatial convolution (in vertical direction) on output spectra using field-of-view function specified in *FOV section.
Disabled

No FOV convolution, i.e. produce spectra with delta-function FOV response ("pencil beam") at the specied tangent height
Ignore *FOV section.
Restrictions: Incompatible with HOM, OPT, NAD, TAB and ZEN Flags.
Notes

FOV convolution only applies to limb-viewing geometry (or, for example, nadir-viewing treated as limb-viewing)
