The RFM assumes no spectral dependence of the FOV so only one FOV is specified for each RFM run.
For satellite viewing (effectively from infinite altitude) the FOV response is expressed as a function of tangent altitude.
With the
OBS
Flag (finite altitude) the FOV response is expressed as a function of elevation angle.
