T,H2O retrieval modifications. Using ECMWF analysis as starting point instead of climatological data, also allows BTD to be used for cloud detection. Adapt to run on archive and NRT ('prp') L1C data. Problem of how to validate the product regarding demonstrating an improvement over ECMWF

Testing various T,H2O retrieval options as input to CH4 processor. Analysing results.

Linear Retrievals (RH) [Prev] [Next]

Developing pre-processor for MORSE retrievals, one aspect of which is flagging each IASI spectrum with linear-retrieval of various species.

Approach is to construct synthetic covariance matrix using modelled error spectra (cf data-derived statistical covariances or multiple retrieval targets with diagonal noise covariance).

Now largely rewritten to cope with IASI data.

First attempts to recompile all the new code.
