T,q,emiss data processed more data, including 2014. Issue with missing MHS data during April 2014 - caused small difference in UT humidity.

Using RTTOV 12.2 allowed for extension into SWIR, including some modelling of scattering. Extend state vector to include CO (4.7um), and surface emissivity in SWIR. Compared with CAMS.

New RTTOV also allows modelling of aerosol components, looked at dust and sulphate aerosol.

Changing ash retrieval - trying to improve it. Using CO2 slicing is an option, new refractive index data. Trying to model volcanic SO2 emissions.
