Comparison of new IMS with SWIR and minor species, new RTTOV, clouds etc with older IMS. O3 improved compared to CAMS (new channel selection).

CH4 (DK) [Prev] [Next]

NRT CH4 from MetOpA and MetOpB. Last year MetOpA retrievals starting to degrade due to MHS. Fewer MetOpA retrieavals passing quality control. Shows peculiar high CH4 feature over part of Venezuela. NRT reception hampered at RAL by engineering problems.

Getting through the ash retrieval, new LUTs, sending out particular datasets for various projects. Not yet considered using RAL H2SO4 product.

Emissivity (AD) [Prev]

Working on reading Wisconsin surface emissivity data for input to MORSE.
