Alterations and an addition have been made to Oxford University Boat Club's programme. The Torpids, which usually last six days, will be reduced to four days, beginning on February 16. The Summer Eights have been deferred a week to May 26.A new event is a race for double sculls in June for a cup given by A. D. Rowe, the Oxford president.
